同意，不过我觉得问题不在于用不用闲置产能，而在于把两种负载混在一个池子里。离线的批处理任务本来就不在乎延迟，放在便宜的抢占式容量上是对的；对外的实时接口就该走贵一档的预留容量。我们现在是分开跑的，成本比全走贵的低很多，也没出过被排队卡住的事故。混着跑才是真的两头不讨好。

Spot capacity at a spot price is a perfectly reasonable product, and for a lot of work it is the right call. The dishonest part is advertising the idle-hours rate as the rate with no queue statistics next to it. Publish p99 wait time beside the price and the whole complaint disappears, because then you are choosing a tradeoff instead of discovering one.
