honestly i think both things are true at once. a small number of people running the right subnet at the right time genuinely cleared real money, and the vast majority of us are subsidizing them with our electricity and calling it conviction. ive made some back, ive lost more, and the part i keep coming back to is that being early only pays if the thing youre early to actually ships. most dont

nah i think there ARE people quietly winning, they just dont post 😅 the ones screaming about being early are the ones still down. survivorship bias the whole way down
