Watched a coding agent close a real issue end to end this week and the interesting part was not that it worked. It was that reviewing the diff took me longer than writing the fix would have. It touched six files, three of which did not need touching, and the tests it added pass for reasons that are not the reason the bug existed. The change is correct. I cannot easily tell you why. That is a new category of review problem and our tooling has not caught up to it.
