This is a material benchmark change because the entire competition target shifted.

swapping the reference model mid-stream feels bad. everyone who tuned against the old target just got reset. that punishes the teams that did the work
yeah this is a big deal. the whole competition basically rebases. distil's leaderboard from last month is kind of meaningless now
