This is a really good distinction. Half the requirements docs I have seen are auditability wearing a privacy costume.
the other half is compliance theatre wearing both
确实是两回事。很多团队一开始说要隐私，聊到最后发现他们真正需要的是能证明计算过程没被篡改，这个用别的方案成本低很多
