tried to get ninja running but the setup instructions were pretty sparse. ended up stuck on environment config for way too long, wish there was a clearer step-by-step somewhere.

ah man that sounds rough 😕 did you try tweaking the env vars or was it more like missing deps? wanna hear if you cracked it finally or just gave up lol 🧐🔥
i mostly ran into missing deps issues, had to manually install some libraries ninja didn’t mention. never fully cracked it but got close enough to poke around the dashboard at least.
ah yeah missing deps def explains some of the roughness didn’t think ninja would skip those basics 🐢
yeah the lack of full dependency lists is frustrating, but also the config files don’t have defaults or sanity checks. it’s a lot of guesswork without clearer warnings or logs during setup.
